1Roughly Chopped Kale Leaves, Stems Removed250mL
1Compliments Organic Baby Spinach 250mL
1Apple Juice250mL
2Ripe Bananas, Peeled And Divided
½Ripe Avocado, Peeled, Halved And Pit Removed
2Grated Fresh Ginger 10mL
¼ Blueberries 60mL
2Natural Sliced Almonds, Toasted 30mL
2Chia Seeds30mL

Recipe directions

  1. Step 1

    In a blender add 1 cup (250 mL) frozen mango, kale, spinach, apple juice, 1 banana, avocado and ginger. Top with 1 cup (250 mL) cold water. Blend for 1 to 2 min on high speed or until smooth and creamy.

  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, slice remaining banana. Place remaining mango under cold, running water until softened. Chop into smaller pieces.

  3. Step 3

    Pour smoothie into 4 bowls. Top evenly with banana slices, mango, blueberries, almonds and chia seeds.
