Where can I find Compliments products?
Compliments products are sold at Sobeys, IGA, Price Chopper, Foodland, and Thrifty stores.

Why can I not find a Compliments product at my store?
Each store may carry different products based on customer demand. Please speak with your Store Manager to express your interest in seeing the store carry the product.

Does Compliments send out samples or coupons to try their products?
We do not send out coupons or samples as one of the elements of value in Compliments products is to offer the quality you expect at better prices everyday. In this way, we believe we are offering the advantage of lower prices more frequently to a greater number of our customers.

What do I do if I am not satisfied with a Compliments product?
If ever one of our products does not meet your expectations, please feel free to return it to the store on your next visit. Your purchase will gladly be replaced or refunded and your comments, with complete product information will be forwarded to the Compliments Customer Care Team.

Where are Compliments products made?
Close to the UPC on Compliments products, you will see either “Prepared For Sobeys” if it is manufactured in Canada, and “Imported for Sobeys” if the product is manufactured abroad. We are currently working diligently to put the country of origin on all Compliments products, but in the interim please contact our Customer Care Centre with the UPC and they will be more than happy to provide the country of origin.

How can I tell the expiry date on Compliments products?
We are currently co-coordinating efforts with our many suppliers to standardize coding and to provide clear Best Before dates for our customers. In the interim, please contact Compliments Customer Care with the UPC and lot code stamped on the product so that we may assist you.
