Ryan studied Culinary Arts at Humber College, picking up his fair share of awards on his way to Pastry Chef, Sous Chef and beyond. While his work has brought him to Europe and has seen him make the occasional television appearance, what he loves most is the simple thrill of creating. Today he is the Chef Advisor at the Sobeys Culinary Centre in Nova Scotia.
