Safe Handling Do not refreeze thawed product. The product is cooked when an internal temperature of 71°C (160°F) is reached.

Prepare
Microwave Cook from frozen. Lift film at corners and heat on high (100%power) for 7 minutes. Stir and replace film. Continue heating on high for 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Use caution when opening, hot steam. Stir and serve. Since ovens vary in power, these are guidelines only. Conventional Oven Cook from frozen. Lift film at corners. Place on baking sheet and heat on the middle rack of a pre heated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 45 to 50 minutes until heated through. Stir and serve.
