Recipe Ingredients

1 large flatbread, such as focaccia
2 tbsp Compliments Sensations Toscano PGI Extra Virgin Olive Oil 30 mL
2 tubs Compliments Roasted Garlic Bruschetta Topping 454 g
1 pkg. Compliments Goat’s Milk Cheese Crumbles 113 g
1 tsp pepper 5 mL
1/2 cup freshly torn fresh basil 125 mL
 

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat barbecue to medium.
  2. Slice flatbread in half horizontally. Brush each cut side with olive oil. Place cut side down on grill and cook until crisp, about 3 minutes.
  3. Flip breads over, top each with 1 tub of bruschetta topping, then sprinkle with cheese crumbles. Close lid and cook until heated through, about 4 minutes.
  4. Remove to large wooden board. Season with pepper, basil and a drizzle of olive oil. Cut into wedges.
