Grilled Citrus Spritzer Recipe

| 1/4 cup | liquid honey | 60 mL |

| 2 1/2 cups | Compliments White Cranberry Cocktail, chilled | 625 mL |
| 2 1/2 cups | medium dry white wine, chilled | 625 mL |
| 1 cup | Compliments Carbonated Mineral Water, chilled | 250 mL |
| 3 cups | ice cubes | 750 mL |
| 6 | sprigs fresh thyme |
Recipe Directions
- Preheat barbecue to high heat, clean grill well and lightly oil grill.
- Slice one lemon and one orange into ½-inch (1 cm) thick slices. Skewer the citrus slices between the 6 skewers. Cut remaining citrus fruits in half.
- Grill citrus slices until caramelized and marked on both sides, about 2 minutes per side; remove. Grill citrus halves cut side down until well-caramelized and warm, 5 to 8 minutes.
- Squeeze and strain the juice from the grilled halves into a pitcher. Stir in honey and a pinch of salt until dissolved. Add cranberry cocktail, wine, carbonated water and ice. To serve, put a citrus swizzle stick and a thyme sprig in each glass.
