1 piece (10-inch/25 cm) Compliments Sensations Rustic French Baguette
2 tbsp hot horseradish 30 mL
1 tsp Compliments Balance Mayonnaise Style Dressing 5 mL
1 tsp Compliments Louisiana Hot Sauce 5 mL
6 oz thinly sliced Angus roast beef 180 g
2 oz aged Cheddar cheese, thinly sliced 60 g
8 cocktail onions or pickled hot pepper rings, chopped
2 tsp softened butter 10 mL
 

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat Compliments Culinaire Panini Grill to medium-high. Cut baguette into two equal portions, then slice each portion in half to make two layers. Blend horseradish, mayonnaise and hot sauce; spread thickly over two slices of bread. Top these slices with an equal amount of beef and cheese slices.
  2. Top each stack with onions and another piece of bread. Spread butter evenly over both sides of each sandwich. Place sandwiches on panini grill. Close and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until bread is well toasted and cheese is melted.
