The New Yorker Burger
Use sprigs of fresh rosemary or wooden skewers to help hold the open faced burgers together. If you want to take this burger one step further, garnish with organic mixed greens.

Recipe Directions
- Preheat barbecue to medium on one side and medium-high on other side.
- Toss onion slices in olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Seal tightly in a foil pouch.
- Place onions over medium heat. Place burgers over medium-high heat and grill according to package directions, flipping onions and burgers at the same time.
- Cut focaccia in half horizontally. Cut each half into 4 even pieces. Slice camembert cheese.
- Lightly grill bread. Brush liberally with mustard and top with roasted onions. Place cheese on burgers and cook just until cheese lightly melts. Place burgers on onions and serve open faced.
