Boil: 1 - Add 250 mL (1 cup) of boiling water to jelly powder. 2 - Stir until completely dissolved. 3 - Add 250 mL (1 cup) of cold water or fruit juice. 4 - Chill until set. Do not add fresh pineapple or kiwi fruit, as jelly will not set.

Other: QUICK SET METHOD 1 - Add 250 mL (1 cup) of boiling water to jelly powder. 2 - Stir until completely dissolved. 3 - Add 500 mL (2 cups) of ice cubes. Stir until jelly thickens (3-5 minutes). Remove any unmelted ice. 4 - Chill for 30 minutes.
