In a blender add 1 cup (250 mL) frozen mango, kale, spinach, apple juice, 1 banana, avocado and ginger. Top with 1 cup (250 mL) cold water. Blend for 1 to 2 min on high speed or until smooth and creamy.
Meanwhile, slice remaining banana. Place remaining mango under cold, running water until softened. Chop into smaller pieces.
Pour smoothie into 4 bowls. Top evenly with banana slices, mango, blueberries, almonds and chia seeds.
