Other: Thaw package in refrigerator overnight for best results or at room temperature for 4 to 5 hours. Leave phyllo in package until you are ready to work with it, then remove from package and unroll carefully from plastic wrap. Lay phyllo flat on a clean, dry tea towel and cover with a damp (not wet) towel. Keep unused pastry covered at all times to prevent sheets from drying out while working. Unused phyllo can be rerolled and wrapped with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 week or refreeze for up to 3 months. When folding or squeezing ends of the wrapped item, trim off excess to prevent a heavy edge.
