Preparation instruction

Oven: One pouch will coat about 1 kg (2.2 lb) of meat. 1. PREP Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Pour contents of pouch into shaker bag. Moisten fresh or completely thawed pieces of meat with water and shake off excess. Place meat, one piece at a time, into bag and shake until evenly coated. Discard bag and any remaining coating mix. 2. COOK Place coated meat on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake on the middle rack of the oven until fully cooked: 20 minutes for boneless chicken and 40-45 minutes for bone-in chicken. Do not cover or turn meat while baking. The product is cooked when an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) is reached. Since ovens vary in temperature, these are guidelines only. 3. SERVE
