Preparation instruction

Oven: Cook from frozen. Place burgers on a baking sheet and cook on the middle rack of a pre-heated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 16 minutes or until cooked through. Turn halfway through cooking time. Since ovens vary in temperature, these are guidelines only.

Pan Fry: Cook from frozen. Preheat a lightly-greased frying pan to medium heat. Add burgers and one tablespoon of water to the pan and cover. Cook burgers for 3 to 4 minutes per side until fully cooked.

Other: BARBECUE Cook from frozen on a pre-heated grill on medium heat. With lid down, grill burgers for 4 to 5 minutes per side, turning occasionally until fully cooked.
